At Kronos AV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most products. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Shipping and Tracking
Affix the return label to the exterior of the box and ship the package using a tracked service; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value audio components.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
